NO HOMEWORK OR SPELLING THE WEEKS OF:
OCTOBER 30-NOVEMBER 3 AND NOVEMBER 6-NOVEMBER 10

We Need Pillowcases!

As you know, we have been learning a great deal about Native Americans during our social studies time. At the end of November, we will be doing a culminating event where the learners will have a simulated experience of the first Thanksgiving. There will be more information about this coming soon, but in preparation for this event, we are looking for each learner to bring in a tan or brown colored pillowcase that we will turn into a costume at school. Please send a pillowcase with your child by Wednesday, November 8th.

Learner-Led Conferences are coming up soon!

Conferences are scheduled for Wednesday, November 8th and Thursday, November 9th!
Please remember to bring your child with you to the conference as they will be leading it!
Also, remember that there is no school on Thursday and Friday, November 9th and 10th!

Our first field trip is scheduled!
More info can be found under the Classroom Info>Forms tab!

Just another friendly reminder that starting November 1, anyone wishing to volunteer or participate in events in the classroom, chaperone a field trip, etc. MUST be fingerprinted, screened, and approved through the SAU. You will know that you are ready to volunteer if you have received your ID badge. If you have not already done this and are hoping to be involved, please contact the SAU office ASAP by calling 527-9215!
